Dental Clinical Manager

PCP Dental Recruitment is currently seeking a permanent full time dental clinical manager for a lovely fully private practice.

Location: St Albans

Days:

Monday – Friday

9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay:

£30,000-£35,000 subject to level of:

· Experience

· Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the running of surgeries/treatment rooms for the practice

· Manage and motivate the nursing team to ensure the smooth running of the surgeries

· Oversee the Clinical Compliance for the practice

· Oversee regular training for all relevant practice staff

· Act as a CQC designated manager for the practice

· Manage equipment and maintenance contracts for the practice, liaising and negotiating with suppliers as appropriate
